Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Fresher to support PF & ESIC statutory compliance activities. The candidate will assist in maintaining records, filing returns, and coordinating with employees and authorities under the guidance of the HR/Payroll team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in PF & ESIC registrations and employee enrollments
Support in monthly PF & ESIC return filing
Help maintain statutory records, challans, and documents
Coordinate with employees for UAN, KYC, and ESIC details
Assist payroll team in statutory deductions and reconciliations
Support in handling PF/ESIC queries from employees
Maintain compliance trackers and reports
Assist during statutory audits and inspections

Required Skills

Basic understanding of PF & ESIC concepts
Willingness to learn labor laws and statutory compliance
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and willingness to follow processes
