This role is ideal for candidates proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, capable of supporting admin and accounts operations, updating purchase data, and confidently handling cold calling when required.
Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT is mandatory.
Update company records in Excel/Google Sheets.
Maintain files and documentation.
Update product and vendor data (supporting the Purchase Department).
Handle day-to-day admin tasks (letters, reports, file management).
Coordinate internally and follow up on tasks.
Make basic accounting entries.
Track bills and maintain payment records.
Use ChatGPT and similar tools to prepare documents, drafts, and reports.
Make cold calls to vendors and clients for lead generation and follow-up.
