Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data entry for inbound and outbound shipments.

• Generate and print shipping labels, pick lists, and invoices.

• Update stock levels and inventory records in system/software.

• Assist with order processing and packing support as needed.

• Operate basic warehouse tools like barcode scanners and label printers.

• Maintain records of returns, damages, and order dispatches.

• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for smooth order flow.

• Handle basic troubleshooting of systems (printer errors, login issues, etc.).

• Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of digital and physical records.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate

• Experience: 6 months – 1years in ecommerce warehouse (preferred)

• Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel

  • Experience with inventory/order management software (preferred)

  • Ability to operate barcode scanners and printers
