We are a Loans Consulting Office looking for a female candidate to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Basic computer work (MS Word, Email, WhatsApp)

  • Writing and replying to emails

  • Collecting loan related documents from customers

  • Communicating with banks / lenders through email & phone

  • Calling customers for document follow-ups and status updates

  • Maintaining records and daily work updates

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer knowledge is mandatory

  • Good communication skills

  • Willingness to learn new things

  • Polite, responsible, and organized

  • Prior office or finance experience is a plus (not compulsory)

Training:
