Welcome and guide patients and their families politely.
Collect patient documents like prescriptions, ID proofs, and test reports, and scan them accurately into the system.
Coordinate smoothly with the hospital's floor staff, nurses, and doctors to ensure patients are attended to on time.

Must speak fluent Hindi and basic English. Basic understanding of English is required to read medical documents.
