Job Description

Green World Energy is looking for a Computer Operator to manage daily computer-based tasks in our solar office. The candidate will be responsible for filling online forms, preparing quotations, handling Excel sheets, and completing MSCEB-related documentation such as customer name change forms.

Key Responsibilities:

Fill online forms for solar project applications and approvals.
Prepare and update Excel sheets for customer data, project details, and billing.
Create and edit quotations for customers as per company format.
Complete MSCEB forms including customer name change, load change, and solar application forms.
Maintain digital and physical records of customer documents.
Assist in preparing reports and uploading required documents on portals.
Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for information updates.
Perform basic office tasks such as printing, scanning, and emailing.
