Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Computer Operator with hands-on experience in EasySol software. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, billing, inventory management, and daily pharmacy operations using computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and manage pharmacy billing and records using EasySol software
Enter prescriptions accurately and generate bills
Maintain patient records and purchase/sales data
Manage stock entries, batch numbers, expiry dates, and inventory updates
Handle insurance/cash billing as per pharmacy procedures
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Coordinate with pharmacists and staff for smooth operations
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of EasySol software (mandatory)
Basic understanding of pharmacy medicines and terminology
Good typing speed and computer proficiency

Education & Experience

Minimum: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (preferred)
Fresher/1–2 years of experience
