Job Description

Enter transport booking and delivery details into the computer system
Prepare invoices, e-way bills, LR (Lorry Receipt), and transport documents
Maintain records of vehicles, drivers, freight, and customer data
Track vehicle movement and delivery status
Handle emails, customer calls, and office communication
Update daily dispatch and loading/unloading reports
Manage billing, payment records, and data entry work
Coordinate with drivers, clients, and warehouse staff
Maintain files and prepare reports in Excel and Word
