Compliance Executive

We are hiring a Compliance Executive to join our team at Safepoint Management Service. This role requires strong accuracy, responsibility and a commitment to maintaining smooth compliance and payroll operations. The selected candidate will receive a salary of ₹12,000 – ₹20,000, along with opportunities for growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update PF & ESIC records, including accurate calculation, challan preparation and timely submission.

• Assist in end-to-end payroll activities including preparing monthly salary sheets, maintaining attendance data and ensuring error-free processing.

• Ensure all compliance data is accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible for smooth operations.

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly.

• Organize and manage both digital and physical compliance documents for quick retrieval.

• Prepare and present internal reports required for compliance and HR purposes.

• Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and respond to compliance-related queries.

• Handle all sensitive employee and company data with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience required: 1 to 6+ years in compliance, payroll or related administrative roles

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines

• Good communication skills and a positive client-handling approach

• Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC and payroll processes will be preferred

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
