Roles and Responsibility:-

• Timely submission of bills to the clients, following SOPs and agreement terms.

• Follow-up on regular basis for collection of dues from the clients and maintaining follow ups.

• Responding to the queries raised by the clients related to bills.

• Reconciliation of accounts.

• Co-ordination with Collections In-charge.

• Timely submission of payment adjustments with A/Cs and coordination for knock-offs.

• Any other task that may be assigned from time to time
