We Assist has an important role in supporting the Medical Insurance Claim Assistance in managing the Hospital Relations, Billing Related Queries, Client Relationship Management to ensure that the We Assist continues to be a competitive service provider in the Insure Tech, Reimbursement Claim Settlement and the related industry. With ambitious growth plans in mind, We Assist is looking to offer cutting edge solutions to both patients and the partner hospitals by leveraging technology and with unique product offerings.

As a Document executive, the candidate is required to support the Claim Assistance Team that are placed at the Office for the smooth functioning of the day-to-today operation

Responsibilities

 • Collect Documents from assigned hospitals and provide it to the Office.

• Interact with the Insurance desk Expert present in the hospital.

• Assisting clients to fill insurance claims form.

•Coordinating with hospital team and clients for the documents.

Qualifications & Skills.                            

• Any Diploma, Graduation.

• Fresher.

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.  

Mandatory

• Driving License

• Personal Vehicle required to travel to assigned hospital. (Petrol Allowance will be provided for traveling to collection location)

Experience

• Worked in Hospital or Insurance 6 months to 01 years. (added advantage)

Working days- Monday to Saturday

Holiday-Sunday and government holidays.
