We are excited to welcome freshers and experienced professionals (upto 3 years) to explore an amazing opportunity in our Hindi Voice Process Collections Team at our Bangalore office.

Job Title: Operations Executive Hindi Voice Process (Collections / Debt Recovery)
Experience: 0 - 3 Years
Language: Hindi (Mandatory) with any other languages

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for EMI collections and overdue payment reminders.
Educate customers about repayment options and resolve queries effectively.
Negotiate and follow up on payment commitments.
Maintain call logs, update CRM with call outcomes.

Requirements:
Hindi fluency is mandatory (verbal communication).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.                                                                                                                                                                              
Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications:
12th/ Diploma pass with experience / Graduate in any discipline
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in customer support, collections, BPO, or voice process roles are welcome.
