Collections Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

Contact customers via phone, emails to collect overdue payments

Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely recovery of dues

Maintain accurate records of customer payments and outstanding balances

Coordinate with the accounts and sales departments regarding collections

Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines during collections

Update collection status in the system on a regular basis

Escalate critical or long-pending cases to management

Maintain professional and ethical behaviour while dealing with customers

Support legal or recovery processes when required
