Job Description

CRM Manager (Real Estate)​Role Summary: Manage and enhance the post-sales customer journey, ensuring high client satisfaction and efficient documentation processing from booking through possession.​Key Responsibilities​Customer Relationship: Serve as the primary client contact post-sale; resolve queries and manage expectations regarding project status and documentation.​Documentation & Finance: Ensure timely execution of all sales/legal documents (Agreements, Possession Letters). Monitor client payment schedules, issue reminders, and coordinate with the Finance team.
