Client Relations Associate – Banking Operations

Adroit Synergies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the position of Client Relations Associate – Banking Operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions, resolving banking-related queries, and delivering a seamless customer experience while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner

• Resolve customer queries related to banking services, transactions, and account information

• Deliver accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems

• Follow KYC, AML, and internal operational guidelines

• Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when required

• Maintain service quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• 12th Pass or Graduate from a recognized board/university

• 1–2 years of experience in inbound customer service or call center process preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

• Basic computer knowledge required.

Skills Required

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Good listening and problem-solving ability

• Ability to manage customer conversations effectively

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
