The Client Coordinator will act as a vital link between clients and the internal team at our Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm. This role involves managing client communication, coordinating data flow, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery of client requirements. The position supports both Indian and international clients, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
Communicate professionally with Indian and foreign clients via email and phone.
Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, audit, taxation, and compliance) to ensure client requirements are met on time.
Receive, organize, and maintain client data and documents securely.
Track and follow up on pending information or documents from clients.
Maintain client databases and update records in internal systems.
Schedule meetings, prepare basic client communication drafts, and share updates with relevant teams.
Assist in documentation, filing, and record-keeping for audits, tax filings, and financial reports.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm standards and data protection policies.
Support senior team members in preparing client deliverables and managing timelines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in client servicing, coordination, or back-office support (preferably in a CA firm or financial services).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong email etiquette and professional communication.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic knowledge of accounting/taxation is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift to coordinate with international clients.
