We are looking for a Multi Tasking to join our team ICSI. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Maintenance: General cleanliness of office premises, rooms, and dusting of furniture.

• Document Handling: Physical maintenance, sorting, and carrying of files/records within the building.

• Office Equipment: Operating, photocopying, sending FAX, and handling basic computer work like diary/dispatch.

• Logistics & Delivery: Delivering mail/dak inside and outside the building.

• Support Services: Opening/closing rooms, arranging meeting rooms, and assisting with other non-clerical tasks.

• Additional Duties: Assisting with security (watch & ward), and handling tasks as directed by superior officers.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12TH Pass and 6 Months to 1 Year. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
