We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading of goods in our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of hamalies (laborers) while ensuring efficient warehouse management, cash management, and overall branch operations. This position does not involve any marketing, sales, or sales targets; it is focused entirely on warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide hamalies during loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safety and compliance with operational standards.

- Manage the daily activities of the warehouse, including stock management, inventory control, and order fulfilment.

- Oversee cash management activities related to warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

- Coordinate with other branches and departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

- Ensure the warehouse environment is safe, organized, and meets all company policies and industry regulations.

- Maintain records of inventory, shipments and warehouse activities accurately and efficiently.

- Prepare reports for management on warehouse operations and performance metrics.
