CCTV Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect unusual or suspicious activity.

• Ensure all cameras and recording systems are functioning properly at all times.

• Report any security breaches, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to the concerned authority.

• Maintain logs and prepare daily monitoring reports.

• Coordinate with on-ground security personnel for quick response to alerts.

• Archive and retrieve footage when needed for investigation or audit purposes.

• Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance footage and related information.

• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and data protection guidelines.

• Support security audits and assist in investigations when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).

• Proven experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring preferred.

• Basic knowledge of CCTV equipment, computer operation, and video management systems.

• Strong attention to detail and alertness.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
