We are looking for a CCTV / Surveillance Monitoring Executive who will monitor multiple retail store locations on camera, ensure cameras are live and recording properly, track store opening & closing timings, verify employee movement/attendance through CCTV, and prepare daily operational reports. The role also includes verifying basic store safety systems like alarms and escalating issues quickly.
Track and report store opening time and store closing time for each location daily.
Confirm store readiness at opening (basic checks visible on camera: shutters/doors, lights, staff presence).
Highlight late openings, early closures, or unusual patterns with proof (timestamp/screenshot guidelines as per SOP).
Track staff in-time / out-time, breaks, and unusual absence through camera monitoring.
Identify repeated delays, early leaves, or staffing gaps and report to the manager/supervisor.
Support payroll/attendance validation by maintaining accurate timing logs.
Monitor whether cameras are live, connected, and recording properly (NVR/DVR/VMS health).
Identify and report:
Cameras offline / black screen
No recording / recording gaps
Time mismatch, storage full, or backup not updating
Repeated disconnections or poor quality footage
Maintain a daily Camera Health Report (store-wise, camera count impacted, issue type, status, escalation).
Verify (as per store process/visibility) that alarms and basic security systems are functioning and armed/disarmed correctly.
Immediately escalate any suspicious activity, forced entry signs, alarm triggers, or safety incidents.
Prepare and share reports on time, such as:
Daily Opening/Closing Report (all stores)
Attendance/Staff Movement Summary
Camera Health & Recording Status Report
Incident Report (if any: theft, disputes, forced entry, alarms, suspicious behavior)
Any custom operational reports required by management
Escalate issues to the right person quickly (store manager / tech team / supervisor).
Follow up until closure and keep proper status updates (Open → In Progress → Resolved).
Maintain discipline in naming conventions, timestamps, and evidence attachments.
Experience in CCTV monitoring / surveillance / store operations monitoring preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to watch multiple screens without missing events.
Basic understanding of NVR/DVR, recording status, storage issues, camera connectivity.
Good skills in Excel/Google Sheets for making daily reports.
Comfortable working in a night shift / US process (if applicable).
Clear communication and fast escalation mindset.
100% stores covered in opening/closing timing daily.
Zero missed reporting / on-time report delivery.
Fast detection of camera issues (offline/not recording) and closure tracking.
High accuracy in attendance timing logs (minimal corrections).
Proper incident documentation with timestamps and escalation trail.
