We are looking for a CCTV Operator to join our team Dry Fruit House .
Job Summary:

CCTV Operator responsibilities include monitoring store activities to detect suspicious behavior, tracking individuals, coordinating with the team, ensuring CCTV systems function properly, storing recordings securely, and providing footage when needed. Must have good communication, troubleshooting, and system management skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Monitoring people in different locations to identify instances of suspicious or unusual behavior.

·          Tracking suspect individuals as they move within the store, working on billing & back office .

·          Liaising with security staff or police on the ground to provide detailed intelligence about suspects, such as their appearance, actions, or location.

·          Ensuring the CCTV system is fully functioning, and that video footage is recorded and stored appropriately.

·          Assisting operation/HR/police in their enquiries by providing access to CCTV recordings, or copies of footage, whenever required.

·         Good communication and interpersonal

·         Understand Scope of Work layouts

·         Skill set to troubleshoot challenges as they arise in CCTV.

·         Excellent observation.

·         An eye for detail.

·          The ability to think quickly and logically to respond to an emergency.

·          Exceptional communication to work in partnership with other agencies.

·          Perseverance and patience.

·         Computer proficiency -- experience with Microsoft Office products.

Education and Experience:

·         High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience with computerized inventory systems required.
