Cargo Freight Executive

We are looking for suitable candidates as Import/Export Executives to join our international courier and cargo team at AB STOP INDIA, Gurgaon. This role involves managing the international logistics, documentation, customer sales and support service and compliance of goods moving across international borders. You will work as an important part of the export sales team. The position offers an in-hand salary and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Sales and Support service.

Coordinate air and sea shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents

Prepare and verify documentation (invoices, bills of lading, customs declarations).

Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.

Negotiate air and sea shipping rates and timelines with carriers

Track shipments and resolve delays or issues

Maintain records of all import-export transactions

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a bachelor’s degree in international business, logistics, or a related field; freshers can also apply who have an interest in this field and 1–2 years of experience can also apply. Strong organisational skills, time management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
