Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer communications to ensure compliance with Bank policies and quality standards.
- Coordinate and assist in external audits conducted for clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place.
- Prepare, compile, and present audit reports in alignment with client and management expectations.
- Ensure thorough understanding of client requirements and consistently meet expectations through ongoing quality checks and training initiatives.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of internal processes and deliver periodic training sessions to team members to drive performance improvement.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in the financial or banking sector in a similar role.
- Additional certifications in quality management or customer service are a plus.
Qualification:
Minimum: Graduate in any discipline
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Proficiency in any of the following regional languages is an added advantage: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada.
