We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our team at startngo The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹20000 - ₹23000 salary.

Job Description

• Receive and manage calls related to emergency vehicle break down orders from vendors

• Able to respond quickly to emergency calls, knowledge of local routes, and the ability to use GPS navigation systems,

• Monitored dispatched calls and takes action to resolve and correct service problems or potential problems.

• Handled driver/customer escalations in accordance with established procedures.

• Effectively manage ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrivals) to ensure the provision of timely customer service.

• Have basic computer and typing skills. Capture and manage order information and customer details

• Flexibility to work during late evenings and weekends, and peak seasons,

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Any degree.

• Excellent communication in kannada, English, Hindi with additional South Indian language will be an added advantage

• Flexible to work in rotational shift ( No night shifts)

• Comfortable to work in start-up environment

• Prior experience with automobile fleet operations, customer handling background will be mostly preferred.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
