KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Handling & Performance Management
Sales Analysis & Performance Tracking
SOP Development & Process Implementation
CRM / ERP Management & Reporting
Monitor sales targets, KPIs and MIS reports
Analyse business data and provide actionable insights
Improve process efficiency, productivity and accountability
Ensure timely execution of business plans and operational activities
Prepare and present performance reports to management
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions
Support management in business planning and strategy execution
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong team handling and leadership skills
Good sales analysis and reporting ability
Experience in SOP creation and implementation
Working knowledge of CRM / ERP tools
Strong MIS, data analysis and coordination skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
