Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations including production, inventory, logistics, and supply chain management.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and quality output.

• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and timely material availability.

• Implement and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.

• Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

• Monitor budgets, cost control, and operational KPIs to improve profitability.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Lead and mentor operations staff; build a strong performance-driven culture.

• Drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

• 5–10 years of experience in operations, preferably in wood industry, manufacturing, or interior products.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent knowledge of inventory, logistics, and production planning systems.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and data-driven decision-making.

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
