Business Operations Manager

Ecom Expertz in Delhi (Mansarovar Garden) is seeking a proactive and organized Content & Delivery Operations Manager to lead and streamline our content delivery pipeline. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to coordinate teams, especially video editors and social media managers, while also contributing to creative scripting for video reels and ensuring timely posting on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire content delivery process, ensuring all assets (videos, posts, creatives) are completed and published on time.

• Manage and communicate with the video editing team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to write short scripts for video reels and engaging social content.

• Supervise the posting schedule across all major social media platforms.

• Maintain an organized system to track content tasks, statuses, and updates.

• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in operations, project management, or content management.

• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram Reels, Shorts, etc.

• Ability to write engaging scripts for short-form content.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic understanding of video editing processes (you won’t need to edit, just manage those who do).

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
