Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager with a strong background in Below The Line (BTL) marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in managing brand activations, retail promotions, vendor coordination, and logistics. This role demands efficiency, leadership, and a passion for executing on-ground campaigns that drive brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee BTL marketing campaigns such as events, activations, roadshows, and retail promotions.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and third-party partners for end-to-end execution.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality delivery.
Oversee logistics, manpower deployment, and inventory/material movement.
Ensure brand compliance, quality standards, and seamless execution across all locations.
Supervise field teams and provide operational leadership on-ground.
Track and report campaign performance; analyze and recommend improvements.
Build and nurture long-term client and partner relationships.
Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure timely payments and cost efficiency.
