Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized MIS & Client Coordination Executive to support daily reporting, client communication, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, ensuring timely communication with clients, and maintaining smooth workflow across internal teams and regional offices.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports with high accuracy and consistency
Generate and share quotations with clients as per requirements
Coordinate with regional offices to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Respond to client and customer emails within the defined turnaround time
Manage and update client CRM portals, including part booking and call closure
Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy across all reports and systems
Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data handling
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
