HIRING - Tender Executer
Company: Alphonic Indian Private Limited
Location: 1/56D, Lalita Park, Laxmi Nagar, Near PWD Office, Delhi - 110092
Experience: 1-3 Years Preferred
Salary: 12k to 20k (As per Interview)
Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Tender Executer who can handle Government and Private tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Search for new tenders daily on GeM, CPP Portal, E-procurement and other portals.
2. Read and understand tender documents, eligibility criteria, and BOQ properly.
3. Prepare all required documents - Technical and Financial Bid for the tender.
4. Take care of EMD, Tender Fees, and other formalities.
5. Submit tenders on time via online/offline mode.
6. Post-tender follow-up, checking corrigendum and tracking L1/L2 status.
7. Must be expert in Excel, MS Word and documentation.
Requirements:
- Must have 1+ years of experience as a Tender Executive.
- Good knowledge of GeM Portal is compulsory.
- Should have good knowledge of computer and documentation.
- Must be punctual and responsible.
