Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticket Booking Executive to join our growing travel agency. The candidate will be responsible for booking flight/train tickets, managing client queries, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

Book domestic and international flight tickets using portals like TBO, Travel Boutique Online, Amadeus, etc.

Handle train ticket bookings through IRCTC.

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding travel requirements.

Suggest alternate routes, carriers, or pricing when required.

Manage cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and PNRs.

Maintain records and prepare booking reports.

Coordinate with airlines or suppliers in case of changes or issues.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of travel booking portals (training will be provided for freshers).

Good communication skills (English & Hindi; local language is a plus).

Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, Google Sheets).

Prior experience in a travel agency is a plus.
