Billing And TPA Executive

We are looking for a TPA Executive to join our team The Healing Touch Eye Centre. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient bills and insurance claims.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, billing procedures, and hospital policies.

• Submit medical claims to insurance companies and third-party payers.

• Coordinate with insurance providers to process claims and facilitate reimbursements.

• Assist patients in understanding their bills

• Maintain accurate billing records and update patient account information.

• Initiate discharge planning early in the patient's stay, preparing them for a smooth transition home or to another facility.

• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team (physicians, nurses)

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months to 2 Years.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
