Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Banking Process at Teleperformance. This role involves handling customer queries, providing banking-related support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls (inbound/outbound)
Assist with banking services, account-related concerns, and transactions
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
Maintain records of interactions in the system
Follow compliance, quality, and process guidelines
Achieve daily performance and productivity targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Undergraduate / Graduate
Experience: Freshers can apply
Versant Level Required: 4
Good communication skills in English + any regional language

Tamil
Malayalam
Telugu
Kannada
Salary & Benefits:
₹20,000 CTC
₹16,000 Take Home
Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (paid once every 3 months)

Working Details:
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: 1 rotational off
Shift Timings:
Female Candidates: Between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 9 hours)
Male Candidates: Between 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Any 9 hours)
