Assist with ordering, receiving, and distributing cash.
Perform remittance transactions as per bank policies.
Resolve customer account issues and direct queries appropriately.
Maintain and process customer account records in line with KYC.
Compute fees, interest, and service charges accurately.
Assist customers with safety deposit boxes and secure custody.
Ensure proper sorting and filing of reports and vouchers.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Support branch opening and closing procedures.
Contribute to team and branch objectives and comply with regulations.
