Banking Assistant

• Accept retail and commercial deposits, loan payments, and process withdrawals.
• Verify cash and check deposits and balance cash drawers daily.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and distributing cash.
• Perform remittance transactions as per bank policies.
• Resolve customer account issues and direct queries appropriately.
• Maintain and process customer account records in line with KYC.
• Compute fees, interest, and service charges accurately.
• Assist customers with safety deposit boxes and secure custody.
• Ensure proper sorting and filing of reports and vouchers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Support branch opening and closing procedures.
• Contribute to team and branch objectives and comply with regulations.
