MoneyKarma is expanding its Loan Operations team! We’re looking for motivated graduates who want to start their career in banking and financial services and gain hands-on exposure to home loan operations.
🔍 Role Overview:
As a Banking Coordinator, you will manage end-to-end home loan processing by coordinating with banks, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan disbursals.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan login, sanction, and disbursement
• Collect, verify, and manage loan documentation
• Track loan status and follow up on pending actions
• Liaise with sales teams and customers for issue resolution
• Ensure timely closure of loan cases
🎓 Eligibility:
• Fresh graduates (2024/2025) or up to 1 year of experience
• Any degree (BBA / B.Com / BA / BSc, etc.)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Willingness to travel for bank visits if required
