We are looking for a Banking Assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting daily banking operations, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth handling of banking services. Assist customers with account opening, KYC documentation, and banking services.
Maintain and update customer records in banking systems accurately.
Handle basic transactions, service requests, and customer queries.

Verify documents, ensure compliance, and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Generate reports and support branch operations for smooth workflow.
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation (any stream) with 0–2 years of experience. Candidates must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, customer handling ability, and a target-oriented mindset.
