About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, account opening, and other banking services.

• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

• Support in documentation and KYC verification.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

• Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, loans, and insurance.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with banking policies.

• Provide administrative and operational support to branch staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Prior experience in banking or customer service is an added advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of banking procedures and computer systems.
