We are looking for a Backend Executive – Loan Process to join our team at Shivansh Services. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹17,000 - ₹20,000 salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Process loan applications and verify customer documents.
Check KYC documents, income proof, bank statements, and other required paperwork.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, sales teams, and customers regarding loan applications.
Update customer information and application status in the CRM or company system.
Follow up on pending documents and resolve application-related queries.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of loan files.
Maintain proper records of loan applications and customer details.
Support the team in loan approval and disbursement procedures.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
