Job Title: Backend Executive / Backend Operations Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a Backend Executive with strong knowledge of Google Sheets, data calculations, and good English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing backend operations, maintaining accurate data records, and supporting internal teams with reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain data using Google Sheets

• Perform calculations, formulas, and data analysis in Google Sheets

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entries

• Coordinate with internal teams for data updates and corrections

• Handle backend operational tasks efficiently

• Communicate clearly in written and spoken English

• Follow company processes and meet deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, calculations, basic functions)

• Ability to analyze and organize data

• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Basic understanding of backend or administrative operations

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in backend operations or data handling

• Knowledge of reporting and documentation

• Experience working in a corporate or startup environment

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
