Job Description: A Back-end Coordinator is who manages and coordinates the non-client-facing, administrative, and operational tasks behind the scenes to ensure smooth business operations, often focusing on data integrity and workflow efficiency.
Roles & Responsibility
• New owner's onboard details must be maintained in a system with proper Excel and Google sheets.
• New Owners' payment details must be maintained properly from token advance to security deposit and maintenance.
• New tenant onboard details must be maintained in a system with proper Excel and Google Sheets.
• New tenant payment details must be maintained properly from token advance to full payment settlement.
• Whatever owner's and tenant details are maintained in the system same way needs to be maintained in ledgers also.
• Once an owner team is onboarded the properties from the owner welcome call have to be made and cross-checked once everything is ok then we need to proceed further if not you have to update management immediately.
• Once the tenant team onboarded the tenant to our company Welcome call had to be made the same day without fail and cross-check whether our employees promised properly or they were giving the wrong commitment.
• Feedback call had to be made thrice once the owners and tenant were onboarded 1™ feedback call before the tenant move-in, 2nd feedback call after moving to the property, and the last feedback call after 1 month in last feedback call needed to ask everything electrical and the plumber issues or service-related issue.
• Same way feedback call has to be made for owners also 1st feedback call after the agreement done 2 feedback call after 1-month 3d a feedback call done after 2 months.
• Daily one review is mandatory from the owner or tenant
• Daily 1 follower has to be increased for our company's Instagram.
• Whatever property owner team onboarded make sure without delay tenant team should search for the tenant for owner property
• Same way whatever tenants ask the property owners team should search the property and give if someone fails to search the property you have to inform to management.
• Festival wishes have to be made for all tenants and owners in festival time weather it may be national festival or religions festival.
• For Any service-related calls you receive from owners and tenants you have to update to management so that will arrange someone and get resolve the things
• Any escalation calls if you got from owners and tenant you must update to management immediately without any delay.
• All the owners and tenant details have to be collected with ORM AND TRM before doing the welcome call.
• Once owner team onboarded the property from owner you need to collect their information and collect property-related documents and terms and conditions that the owner gives to us
• Once the tenant team onboarded the tenant you have to collect their documents id proofs and address proofs and make a file
• Maintaining the details of the property what all work has been done before move-in of Tenant and maintaining a separate file of every Property.
• Cross check with both owners and tenants’ agreement and NOC signatures are done correctly and they have no issues on that.
Qualifications: Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: • 2-3 years of experience in sales is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and engage with clients in a consultative manner.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
