Job Summary
We are looking for 3 Backend Service Coordinators who will be responsible for coordinating with customers and service centers to ensure timely daily service closure. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers, service centers, and internal teams to maintain smooth service operations and achieve closure targets. Similar service coordination roles commonly include handling customer communication, scheduling, follow-ups, ticket management, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with customers regarding service requests, updates, and closures.
• Follow up with service centers for pending calls and daily closure targets.
• Ensure all service calls are updated properly in CRM/software.
• Monitor open calls and escalate pending cases to concerned teams.
• Maintain daily MIS reports for service closures and pending calls.
• Coordinate with field/service engineers for timely resolution.
• Handle customer complaints and provide proper status updates.
• Ensure service TAT and SLA are maintained.
• Maintain proper communication records and documentation.
• Support backend operational activities related to service management.
Required Skills
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Team coordination and reporting skills are essential.
Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in customer support, backend operations, or service coordination preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in service industry/customer support process.
• Comfortable in daily calling and follow-ups.
• Good data management and reporting skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on experience)
