We are looking for a Backend Executive to join our team . The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹14,000 - ₹30,000 salary.
Key Responsibilities
Process vehicle insurance renewal policies for customers.
Understand and assess client’s insurance requirements.
Recommend suitable insurance policies by analyzing risk involvement and coverage options.
Provide clear communication and support to customers throughout the renewal process.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions.
Achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum [Educational Qualification – Graduate in any field].
Freshers & Prior experience in customer support / BPO / insurance sector is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
