Backend Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share quotations with clients.

• Handle mail communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Manage documentation related to sales and client requirements.

• Maintain basic reports and records in Excel.

• Communicate with customers regarding civil/construction products.

• Work on Windows Maker Software (EVA/ERA) for project handling.

• Coordinate with suppliers and clients for construction material handling and delivery updates.

Requirements:

• Any graduate with 0–2 years of experience in a backend/support role.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.

• Strong communication skills (email & verbal).

• Experience in construction/building materials preferred.

• Female candidates with EVA/ERA software knowledge highly preferred.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
