Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to support our Business Loan processing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, managing customer data, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end backend processing of business loan applications.

Collect, verify, and maintain customer documents (KYC, financials, bank statements, etc.).

Coordinate with sales team, banks, and NBFC partners for loan approvals.

Update and maintain data in CRM systems accurately.

Track application status and follow up for pending documents.

Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.

Prepare reports and maintain records of disbursements.

Required Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of Business Loans / Working Capital / Unsecured Loans preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
