Handle service calls related to UPS, inverter & batteries
Coordinate with field engineers for installation, service & breakdowns
Track AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and service schedules
Maintain service records and update job status in system
Follow up with customers for service closure
Support billing, quotations, and documentation
