Job Description:

Our company manufactures window blinds. We are looking for an Operations & Order Coordinator who can manage the complete backend process—from taking orders to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating order forms and maintaining daily order sheets

• Processing orders and coordinating with the production team

• Punching orders and updating records

• Maintaining dispatch sheets and tracking deliveries

• Receiving and handling client calls

• Following up with customers for payments

• Managing basic documentation and office coordination

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, order sheets)

• Responsible, organized, and proactive

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
