Job Description

Position: Client Calling & Data Coordinator
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to clients to collect updates and gather feedback.

• Maintain and update data provided by our channel sales team.

• Manage and organize product catalogues.

• Prepare and update Excel sheets or internal records as required.

• Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and information sharing.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).

• Basic data entry and MS Excel knowledge.

• Ability to maintain records accurately.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
