We are looking for a Back-End Executive to support our CRM department by handling file scanning, documentation, and record management. The role is mostly scanning and maintaining digital records to ensure proper data availability for the team.
Scan and digitize physical files/documents on a daily basis.
Organize and upload scanned documents into the CRM / shared system folders.
Maintain proper filing, naming, and indexing of scanned records.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of scanned documents.
Assist in maintaining confidentiality and security of company records.
Coordinate with CRM team for document availability when required.
Handle basic administrative back-end tasks as assigned.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, scanning software, email handling).
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with patience and efficiency.
Fresher/experienced both can apply.
