Backend Executive

We are looking for a COMPUTER OPERATOR CUM BACKEND STAFF for In Bound process to join our team ILIFE. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Industry. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th passed and Experience should be 0-5years. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 Days week during the Days shift.
