We are looking for a responsible and organized Order Delivery Coordinator to manage and monitor order deliveries. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with delivery partners, tracking order status, and ensuring successful delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily order deliveries.

Coordinate with delivery partners / delivery executives to ensure timely delivery.

Contact delivery personnel if any delivery issue occurs.

Raise tickets for re-attempt delivery in case of failed deliveries.

Maintain records of delivery status and update the system regularly.

Communicate with internal teams regarding delivery updates.
